Salma is an actress that most people would want to look up to and even want to be her. Especially when it comes to maintaining fitness and a nice body, even when she is in her mid-50s, it is not easy! She doesn’t even look close to 50; I would say she looks still in her 30’s killing the cinema as she should be! So how does Salma maintain that fitness? Let’s get to know all about it!

I did read many things about the fitness routine, and it seems pretty understandable and easy to do. It all comes to being consistent with your routine and getting that extra relaxing rest day. If you keep them in control and follow maybe an hour workout in your whole day, then you will be able to get a shape like Salma in a few months for sure.

I found out that Salma loves to go to the gym and indulge in activities like Pilates, hiking, walking, etc. Her routine consists of a workout created by Salma’s trainer for her to do it whenever and wherever Salma is at that moment. That suits her the best, as Salma does travel a lot and does a lot of stuff and shooting. So for her going to the gym is not always an option.

Salma workout at least five times a week. In which she does a circuit routine, and every session is 30 to 40 minutes long. Then there are Pilates group classes that she does two to three days a week, and all the days Salma loves to go for a walk with her dog. So that’s all we will do and turn all of it into a routine that you can follow to get a body shape like Salma.

We will start with a 10 minutes cardio warm-up on the treadmill; it can be a HIIT routine or anything you would love to do. After that, we will focus on training your body and do a full-body workout with resistance bands and your body weight. I will be giving you three different routine which you should do:

Reps in each exercise: 20

Rest time after the whole circuit: two minutes

Pilates

Tuesday and Thursday, you will go and do group Pilates classes for an hour to get the lean, slim waist and a flexible body shape. If you are used to it, you can also do three days or four days of Pilates, depending on how much you want to work out. Also, the rest days should be the active rest days where you walk, go for a hike, trekking, swimming, etc.
