Sandeep is an incredible person. Even though I didn’t know much about Sandeep, I learned more about Sandeep in real life after researching and seeing some of his videos. Now, he likes to stay fit a lot, both physically and mentally fit and healthy.
To do that, Sandeep lives his life as an ideal average person should do. Sandeep also likes to give at least one hour to his body and advises everyone many times in his seminars. No matter what workout or exercises you are doing, make sure that you do give an hour of work where you sweat a lot to your body.
Besides that, you also need to stay active and not be lazy, as his belief is similar to all fit people. That fitness is adapting a lifestyle, not just a hobby. That’s what your body is for, to stay active and do physical work. I believe in that theory, as we all have heard that the body is like a machine controlled by the brain, and if a device doesn’t get operated regularly, it will rust.
For Sandeep, he likes to do various things like going to the Park, taking a walk, doing some squats and stretches there. When Sandeep comes back to his house, he likes to do yoga for half an hour and then does a few dumbbell exercises for strengthening the muscle. So you can follow that as well; it’s not necessary to follow the same routine, workout in a way that you would love.
Try giving an hour for working out at least four to six days a week, and stay active every day. That’s what’s the essential part of our workout is to keep moving our body. Do housework, go on a walk, play with friends, etc., do whatever you want, keep moving.

Sandeep Maheshwari Diet Plan
In 2017, Sandeep shared a video of his seminar. Sandeep talked about fitness and health, where Sandeep stated that fitness is all about diet, 90℅ diets, and 10℅ workouts and activity. Now, that is true, which is why Sandeep keeps his diet super clean.
Sandeep doesn’t torture his body by decreasing food to a limit where you always feel hungry. There are few things that he keeps in check, which are: his fat consumption, carbs intake, protein intake, etc. Sandeep makes sure he eats mostly healthy foods that will help him feel good; as soon as he wakes up, he takes a glass of lukewarm water, lemon, and honey.
Most of the food that Sandeep consumes is very simple dal and other Indian foods; no protein shake and supplements go inside his body. Sandeep also keeps himself hydrated with water.
