Sarah is one of the stars that has worked a lot to gain recognition, and for that, she has to go through certain things. Taking her body through intense training was just part of it, as, without a good body, she might not be able to be here doing all these movies. So how Sarah keeps herself motivated, and what her workout routine contains?
Well, I tried to search for the routine that Sarah was doing, and it was not that hard to find. Now I found Sarah’s routine in an article in People magazine.
It’s an old article but, I think Sarah hasn’t changed her workout much after that. Sarah told People magazine that she went to the gym and posted where Sarah was training with weights and specific resistance band exercises. Her workout is a full-body circuit training workout focusing primarily on the lower body and core.
However, she does train her upper body and does a lot of stuff that keeps her healthy. Sarah also likes to go and do other fitness classes sometimes, so you can also add those to her workout routine. Now that we have learned what Sarah does let’s see turn this into a routine.
We will train for about 5 to 6 days a week and focus on weight training and cardio. Also, the training pattern will be in the circuit routine, where a session will contain three to four circuits for best results.

The cardio workout will be having workouts like running, biking, etc. It will be just for getting our body warmed up and getting ready for the following workout routine. This way, you can get your blood flowing and reduce the chance of getting hurt.
I will recommend doing 10 minutes of HIIT running and water rower for the best and fast workout. However, you can also try some other workout, but make sure you don’t push yourself too hard here.

We will be having a three-circuit routine and training four days a week with focusing on each body part every day. It will help you get overall fitness, and you will also burn many calories while doing the routine.
