Sasuke Workout Routine

Sasuke is one of the best characters in the series Naruto and even in the series Boruto. He’s also one of the strongest ninjas ever born and equal to the level of Naruto in terms of power and abilities. While they both use different styles, that’s also a reason why they are so compatible with each other. Many people do want to know how Sasuke workout and can we achieve the fitness that Sasuke has?

Well, looking like Sasuke is possible when it is about having the same physical appearance. It’s not hard, but getting fitness and abilities like Sasuke is something you need to give up. However, you can still get super fit and run fast and have excellent reflexes like Sasuke. When you look at the body shape of Sasuke, you will notice the similarity of lean muscles, lean face, ripped body, and good height. It’s almost like a K-pop or J-pop idol body shape.

That’s why I think it’s better to follow the examples of K-pop stars and follow the workouts they do regularly. K-pop idols dance a lot, and because of that, they have a lot of stamina, and then some of them, like Jungkook, also add boxing, while many others focus on weight training. So it’s a mixture of different exercises, but cardio is the most common exercise that all K-pop idols do.

That’s why we will also follow that routine; I will be giving you a routine that will contain a mixture of these workouts and help you get a body like Sasuke. We will be training five days a week, in which we will work out twice a day. The total duration of the workout will be less than 3 hours, and it will be a little hard to keep it up, but you will be okay.

Morning Routine

We will do one of my favorite C&C workouts in the morning routine, which is the cardio and core workout routine. We will start with an hour of cardio workout in which you can do running, biking, etc. Or you can even do the dance workout like K-pop idols.

Then there is a core workout, and in that, we will be doing a circuit routine that will take less than 30 minutes for you to get finished. It’s also one of the most trusted circuit routines that I share.

Circuits: 3

Exercises in each circuit: 8

Reps: 40 seconds

Rest time after the whole circuit: two minutes

  • Crunches
  • Resistance hanging leg raises
  • Side to side hanging resistance leg raises
