However, Savannah’s workout routine mostly contains training intensely with different weight exercises, bodyweight exercises, cardio, yoga, stretching, etc.

To get in the shape like Savannah, you will need to follow a routine consisting of a mixture of many exercises. However, don’t worry as I have got you a way to make your body look like Savannah LaBrant.


Cardio is an essential routine that we will do in our workout routine; we will train five days for cardio exercise. Every day you will be doing 30 minutes to 40 minutes cardio session, in which you can choose whatever exercises you like to do, it can be biking, running, swimming, etc. My recommendation will be to do a mixture of the treadmill, biking, and finishing it with a water rower.

  • 15 minutes of the treadmill
  • 15 minutes of biking
  • 10 minutes of the water rower


Weight Training

In this routine, we will focus on doing lower body workout and little but of upper body workout. You will be doing just three days of weight training workout, in which two days we will work on our lower body and one day on our upper body.
