Scanlan Shorthalt Workout Routine

Scanlan Shorthalt is a gnome bard that is supposed to be a great character but somehow manages to die twice, and I don’t know how many times he will die. He’s not very tall; his armor class is not great since he is a gnome, so Scanlan Shorthalt is not durable. Scanlan Shorthalt also doesn’t have a suitable strength modifier, which means if you are facing a solid AC enemy, his roles need to be over 11 on each role, or else he will miss every time.

However, he may look like a wrong choice, but his abilities are all in his spells. Scanlan Shorthalt has a wand of fireballs, magic missiles, Bardic Inspiration, etc. So he can get himself and his team some temporary hit points and from the back with a long-range attack with magic missiles and fireballs without worrying about getting enough to hit on the role. Plus, his max HP is 183, so he is undoubtedly not as weak as many of you would consider; Scanlan Shorthalt is just easy to get hurt.

Hence, he died two times already and probably will die in the upcoming camping. So how do you train to get as strong as someone like Scanlan Shorthalt? Well, I would recommend going for someone else, but if you want to get a Scanlan Shorthalt type fitness. You would need to lift some amounts of weight, focus more on activities like hiking, trekking, etc. Also, it would help if you looked good; Scanlan Shorthalt has 22+ on the charm (I don’t know why?)

Cardio/Outdoor Activities

We will start our morning with cardio; you can do anything for the cardio routine, from running to cycling. Even trekking, hiking to nearby mountains or forests would be alright. You can do many things, but I would prefer running for 5km a day; it’s great for your whole body and gives you an overall healthy workout.

Weight Training

We will be doing four days of the mixed weight training routine for weight training. Now since Scanlan Shorthalt is not the most robust character, we don’t have to train so hard on weights so that you can go lightweight to moderate weight with 10-15 reps. However, we will still do an excellent quick core routine after you get done with weight training.
