Ji-hoon is known for his roles, where he has played a teenager role to some very mature roles. However, there was always one similarity in all of his roles, that Ji-hoon was looking good and handsome in all of them. While many people would say, they don’t like the body shape of Ji-hoon even though he looks good. Many of you would love a more muscular body shape, but many people love that lean body.

It makes a guy look younger, and that’s the only reason why Ji-hoon can still slay any teenager in a high school role. If Ji-hoon were more muscular, he would have stopped getting the roles that require him to look young—now, coming to how Ji-hoon maintains that young, lean, and fit body shape. When I searched for his workout routine, I couldn’t find anything at all. Even his Instagram doesn’t seem to be of any help.

However, that doesn’t mean we can’t figure out the workout or exercises he must be doing to stay fit. I have already created many Korean actors’ routines with similar body shapes so that it won’t be that hard to make a routine that will provide you with a body like Ji-hoon.

With one hour to two hours of training, you can quickly get a body like him. We will focus on training five days a week and focus on strength training, cardio, and boxing. Also, once you get done, make sure you do your stretching workout. So let’s get started with the Ji-hoon workout routine.

Cardio

In the cardio workout, we will be doing a few minutes of running on the treadmill, which will help us burn calories and get an excellent warm-up workout before the strength training. I will suggest doing a 20 to 30 minutes run at a moderate pace for best results.

 

Weight Training

We will do five days of workout in weight training focusing on different muscle areas on different days. It will be a pretty standard workout routine, nothing too fancy, but for sure, it will be worth it.

Boxing

Lastly, we will do a cardio finisher, in which we will do 20 to 30 minutes of a boxing workout. It’s one of the best workouts that burns your calories faster in a significantly less amount of time. You can start with some warm-ups and then go to pad workouts in 1 to 2 minutes rounds with 30 seconds of rest time.
