Seohyun likes to work out every day. Let’s start the article with that, as after reading many things about Seohyun. One thing that pops up the most is that Seohyun works out almost every day for an hour. There are also days when Seohyun trains twice a day and goes to the gym. So I went to her Instagram to see if I could find anything related to her workout. Sadly there was no post regarding the workout in the past 4-5 years.
Still, I found out by reading the article from Michelle Cheung’s website that Seohyun revealed in an episode that she does aerobics exercises every day for an hour. Then, later on, when she is not busy, Seohyun also goes to the gym two to three per week. Well, that’s what we will be following then, to start the day with an hour of exercises that will include stretching and a circuit routine, and then, later on, we will add a gym workout.

Every day we will start with 30 minutes of full-body yoga workout, for which you can see this video by Sarah Beth Yoga. This routine will help you get your body stretched out and toned perfectly. After you get done with the routine, we will do a basic toning circuit routine for full-body.

Pilates will help you get a flexible body shape while toning your muscles. Primarily working on your legs and core region, it’s not that intense workout; you can start pretty smoothly and fall in love with the routine.
