Serenay Sarikaya Workout Routine
Serenay is undoubtedly one of the hottest and most beautiful actresses on my list; the confidence and personality are way too incredible. I’m sure as her fans, you guys would say the same, so have you ever wondered how she keeps herself fit and stays in a fantastic shape? Don’t worry, as I did the thinking part and tried to find out her routine.
Sadly, the thinking was the only thing I could do; there hasn’t been any interview of many posts in her Instagram account where you could tell the routine. If there must be some in Turkish interviews, maybe you guys will have a better chance than me, as I don’t know Turkish. I also checked her Instagram account, and luckily, there were some posts like this and this.
Serenay Sarikaya seems to be in the same gym, but there was no video of her doing a workout. There was some post about her doing kickboxing and dance, but I don’t know if that’s Serenay Sarikaya sharing her routine or just doing the shoot. I find out that she is pretty flexible so that dancing can be part of her training, but I think it’s the aerobics classes.
So that’s what I found out, but don’t worry, I think I can give you guys a routine to follow. We will do some of the things that I think Serenay Sarikaya must be doing. You will have to work out and train for five days a week for about an hour to two hours maximum.

I would say she indeed does one of these two exercises, and you can also try to do any one of these workouts, three days a week, for about an hour to two. This routine will help you get a flexible body shape and burn calories while ensuring that your body stays lean and slim.
Then other than that, you can do three days of Pilates and Yoga for a better workout that will give you a slim figure, toned abs, strengthen your body while keeping your muscle tone and body flexible. I love and always recommend them to many people that want a slim and toned body. So make sure that you do them and keep your body fit.
Active Rest Days
Once you get done with working out five days a week, then make sure you do not laze around on your rest days. Keep your body active by enjoying the hikes, treks, walks, and other activities. It has no limit; you can even do your house chores and stay fit, no kidding! You can clean your house and burn your calories. So do that, if you don’t want to leave your house.
