Shad Moss is quite an actor and rapper who started his career by getting discovered through Snoop Dogg. He has done many movies, had an incredible music career with songs that people still listen to, and is still on tours with his crew. So yeah, you can indeed say that Shad Moss is quite famous and successful. Now, people have been following Shad Moss because he had bulked up quite a lot; before, like half a decade ago, he was so skinny. Now, if you see him, he has gained quite some pounds.
However, he sacrificed his ripped physique; I mean, Shad Moss still looks good and has an excellent body shape, but it’s not as ripped as he was when he was skinny. Hopefully, he will get better and look even better than ever before. So what Shad Moss does to get himself in that new body shape, and what are the exercises he relies on when working out?
Well, I did find this old video where he had a segment of working out in the UFC gym, but sadly there are no recent videos or articles that show his workout. I would suggest that Shad Moss does weight training and does not focus on MMA workouts anymore. However, it’s not sure; I’m not sure what he does; I would say that to get a body like his current physique, an hour of weight training and a few minutes of cardio should be enough. I suggest doing a standard five-day weight training workout with active rest days.

I will suggest doing a five-day standard workout focusing on a different body region each day for weight training. It helps you get that bulk and fitness. However, don’t forget to start with a cardio warm-up and stretching before getting into the weight training routine.
