Siddharth Nigam Workout Routine
Siddharth is quite a fit person and loves to stay fit and workout. Since the time he entered the industry as a kid, we have seen his abs, and now Siddharth has started gaining muscles and fitness. The reason that he’s so fit and look, so work is simple yet so effective. Siddharth Nigam workout is all about being flexible and making control motions.
Siddharth starts with his gymnastic workout; if you go to his Instagram account, you will see it’s from Siddharth Nigam’s post doing gymnastics. Especially floor gymnastics, even in Dhoom 3, we have seen him doing cartwheels and summer salts. Now other than that, he also stays fit by doing weight training with his trainer.
Siddharth has shared many of his workout routines like this abs workout, and home workout, etc. When he’s traveling, he also does a resistance band workout, so no matter what is going on, Siddharth gives priority to his fitness. Siddharth believes in staying fit regardless of what he does to keep himself healthy.

In the morning routine, we will do some floor gymnastic exercises four days a week, and for the rest of two days, we will be doing yoga. This routine will help you stay in a flexible shape, and you can join a gymnastic gym and do different types of gymnastics like ariel, floor, etc.
While on the other hand, yoga will help your body relax and increase your body’s flexibility. So combine them in a routine of two days gymnastic and one day yoga.
In the evening, the routine is all about lifting weights. Siddharth likes to lift weight but in a proper form; he doesn’t take care of the weight more or less. In the end, it’s all about contracting the body and breaking down your muscles. Siddharth does a heavy workout which he shows here.
Siddharth’s workout contains training two body parts in a single day, with around 5 to 6 exercises in each body part. Siddharth also said that he couldn’t resist or miss his favorite junk food on the cheat day, which is pizza. Now there was no particular diet given, but I can give you a diet to follow.
