Sierra Capri Workout Routine
Sierra is undoubtedly in a very healthy and fit state of her life. However, maybe it’s a lack of recognition or the age that still there is no update on Sierra Capri workout routine. Yet, by looking at her social media pics, you can tell she got toned abs and a well-toned body. I even saw all the posts by her and could not get anything that could explain Sierra’s workout routine.
However, that doesn’t mean that I can’t give you a workout routine that will help you get a body like Sierra. You know, no matter if the celebrity gives you then a workout or not, I will surely give you the details that would help you get a workout routine. In this training routine, we will be working out five days a week for an hour and a half to two hours max.
What I like to do is divide the workout into morning sessions and evening sessions. That way, you can exercise with a rested body, as for most people working out continuously for two hours is hard. That is okay, as you should not push your body beyond the tiring point. So in the morning session, we will do a core workout and HIIT cardio routine.
Sierra Capri workout includes:
Morning Routine
Starting with a HIIT cardio routine, you will be doing 20 minutes of running with a 1-minute switch between jogging and sprinting. This training will help you get your heart pumping faster, and you will feel super tired, but you will get more benefits than a regular cardio routine. If you are doing it correctly, you can quickly burn 200 to 300 calories in that 20 minutes, depending on your weight and body condition.
Core (after every workout)

Rest time after the whole set: 60 to 90 seconds

Evening Routine
In the evening routine, I would suggest doing a mixture of exercises that includes weights, a resistance band, and some bodyweight workouts. We will focus on training our lower body and upper body here as we already worked the core region in the morning after the cardio routine.
