Simu Liu Workout Routine and Diet Plan: Simu Liu is an actor, stuntman, and writer known for his movies and TV shows like Kim’s Convenience, Shang-Chi and the Legends of the Ten Rings, Meeting Mommy, Blood and Water, Taken, etc. Simu also directed and written the movie Meeting Mommy.

Simu Liu Workout Routine

Simu Liu is one of the actors that has made his impact on both American and Canadian cinema. So much that now his upcoming movie is the new Marvel movie Shang-Chi that has a lot of Asian Cast in the movie. So, yeah, when you get the lead role in a superhero movie, especially Marvel, you need to start looking like one. So how does Simu train him to keep him fit and healthy?

Well, to find out, I went through Simu Instagram and gone through some interviews and videos. I got a rough idea of his training. Simu trains with his friend, Simu’s trainer, and tells him what to do. Also, in one video, Simu has stated that he doesn’t know anything about making a routine; he works out by trusting his friends.

The video is by Barbell Brigade, who is an ex-professional powerlifter. You will also see Simu doing and trying one of the powerlifting workouts, which he doesn’t do that much. He does a mixture of various exercises and does a lot of cardio and other stuff. He loves to work out using his body with exercises like pull-ups, push-ups, working on his core, etc. That’s what we will keep in mind while making a routine for Simu. I think it’s not hard to make his routine to give you a six-day workout routine where our workout will have one to two hours of full training every day. So let’s get started:

Cardio/Warm-up

Let’s start our routine with some stretches and make sure our bodies loosen up and ready for the workout. So we will do 10 minutes of stretching workout, and after that, we will continue with 30 minutes of cardio.

In cardio, you are free to do any cardio workout you like, but I would recommend running in a HIIT method. That way, you will burn many calories and get a good workout.

 

Weight Training

In the video, you saw Simu saying he does a mixture of exercises to divide the workout into upper body, lower body, and core routine. That way, you can train various body parts and make it into a functional full-body type workout.

Reps: 15, 12, 8 (increase the amount of weight in every set)

Rest after each exercise: one minute to two minute

Simu diet is not that out and revealed. However, we know that he has mentioned on Twitter that if you want to gain weight, do many heavyweight workouts and eat protein after that. He’s also not a vegan, so I guess I can make a diet for you guys.
