Skai Jackson Workout Routine

Skai Jackson loves to work out a lot regularly with her mum and by herself. She started dancing because of the show dancing with stars doing a lot of dance almost every week and every day. Skai Jackson worked out for a while now and trained intensely, even though Skai Jackson is 18 years old.

She recently posted a video where she worked out with her mum in a garage or maybe in their home gym. That shows that Skai Jackson is used to working out with weights and does a lot of lower body and mixed routine to work her whole body and help her get in shape and stay fit.

Now let’s see a pattern that you can follow how to get a body like Skai Jackson; this routine will focus on teenagers and young adults, so it may not be as useful for the people in the mid-twenties and above age group. We will be working out 5 to 6 days a week, and every day for about an hour.

Cardio

As we saw Skai Jackson doing a lot of dancing in her daily routine these past couple of months, all that workout and dance practice works her cardio a lot and helps Skai stay in shape while burning many calories. You can either do an hour of dancing or change it with an hour of cardio workouts. As both the exercises work perfectly fine and burn many calories for you, you can help you get a body shape. 

However, make sure that you do it at least for 30 to 40 minutes, and if you are running, you can go like three to four miles at a constant pace to get the best result. If you can’t run that much, you can just brisk walk or run for a mile or two.

 

Gym Workout

As we saw, Skai does a lot of exercises and also works out with weights, but we still don’t know your actual workout routine that she follows. However, you don’t have to worry as I will be giving you a pattern that contains weight training, bodyweight training, resistance training, and will be excellent for people above 18 or 19.

Wednesday

  • Donkey kickbacks
  • In and out donkey kickbacks
  • Resistance band glute thruster
  • Resistance band glute bridge hold
  • Crunches
  • Leg raises
  • Plank hold

 

Thursday

Rest time: 30 seconds

  • Resistance band curls
  • Resistance band lateral raise to front raise
  • Resistance band pull-ups
  • V crunches
  • Russian twist

Friday

As for the diet course, Skai hasn’t shared any diet meal or diet plan, but we do know that she eats a lot of healthy foods like fruits, veggies, organic food, etc. Skai doesn’t have to do a strict diet as she follows a regular workout routine and currently in her teenage years. Skai metabolism rate is already quite right, so she doesn’t gain that much weight.

Still, Skai likes to eat healthily and make healthy choices in her lifestyle, and she does enjoy some fast foods but tries to keep them in moderation and keep her portions in control.

So if you also want to get healthier, try to eat home-cooked meals, eat more nutritious foods, control your snacks, and you will be okay. Also, consumes healthy fluids and water as much as you can.
