Sofie Dossi Workout Routine
Sofie is a gymnastic athlete, so the workout is related to gymnastics, using a resistance band, doing floor gymnastics, etc. After a while, I found a video of Sofie telling her brother to do the workout routine. I don’t think we saw any workout, but yeah, some details she gave will help us.
Sofie mentioned that she goes running to the park, then does some bodyweight workout, runs back to the home, and then eats some salad. After that, Sofie does her gymnastic and other training routines. Well, she doesn’t have the horse stand, gymnastic bench, bar, or even a ring at home. So if she is following the gymnastics routine, I’m sure she must be going to the gymnastics gym center almost every day of her week.
Sofie also mentioned the duration of the workout, which she said is four hours long. Well, that’s a lot of activity for a day. Now that’s all I know, but don’t worry, I think I can tell you what stuff to do to get a body like Sofie Dossi.

In cardio, we will do lots of running if you are in the training center, then either do laps or run on the treadmill. It will help your legs to get stronger and will increase your stamina. To get in a body shape like Sofie, I would recommend doing at least 20 to 30 minutes of continuous running every day at a moderate pace for the best results. You can try and change it with other exercises like spin class or elliptical trainer.
Let’s make it simple, as that’s what we saw in the video. We will do a 30 to 40 minutes HIIT routine of bodyweight training that will tone your muscle and burn your calories and increase stamina. So it’s a win-win exercise.

However, if athletics and gymnastics are your aims, I would recommend joining a training center to get a trainer and training every type of gymnastics from floor to the rings. Your trainer will eventually make you do once you get better in the sport. So yeah, make sure you decide what you want to do before starting training.
