Son Ye-Jin is an actress and model. We all know her from her shows and movies, but many of us are fans of maintaining her body physique. We all know that many things go into working out, and it’s about your passion as well. Believe it or not, Son Ye-Jin loves working out and keeping herself fit for everyday workouts.

I found this video interview of  Son Ye-Jin with Kocowa TV where she told them about her usual workout routine. Son Ye-Jin started doing Pilates and TRX routines in her favorite Pilates studio for the last ten years. That interview came out in 2018, so now Son Ye-Jin must be going there for almost 13 years. Other than that, we also see Son Ye-Jin’s instructor mentioning that she is a qualified TRX trainer herself.

No wonder that Son Ye-Jin looks so fit and fabulous, as she knows what she is doing. In that video, Son Ye-Jin gets seen doing some entire body workout routine. Son Ye-Jin showed squats, lunges, step-ups, planks, mountain climbers, in & out, and many other exercises on the TRX strap. After her TRX workout Son Ye-Jin will move on to do Pilates training.

So it would help if you guys also focused on doing a 30 minutes circuit TRX routine at the beginning where you can do three circuits focusing on the upper body, lower body, and core. Try to get a gym where you get access to TRX and Pilates to practice both things there. Indulge some of the exercises that you see in the video and then incorporate them with other workouts.



After 30 minutes of TRX workout, you can start your Pilates workout for about an hour. Sadly, I don’t have much knowledge in the Pilates field, so you will have to join a Pilates class, or you can check out Pilates workouts on YouTube to get you started.

Remember that this workout is one of the most trendy and followed workouts by almost all K-pop idols and actresses. So, It will surely help you get that lean waistline, toned abs muscle, get that well-shaped butt, and flexibility.
