Song Kang is an actor that has changed his ways in the industry; I’m not talking about work, but the way he looks. I also read that he lost around 20 pounds for the Netflix Series Love Alarm. Isn’t that incredible? However, they had to do that to make them look younger than they are. It’s something Kpop and K-drama is known for: that is creating a prince and princess that looks slender and beautiful.

There are not that bulky stars in the Korean industry; we all know they prefer lean bodies and slender shapes. So how does Song Kang keep himself in the shape he is? Don’t get me wrong; I think Song Kang is relatively healthy; he looks ripped while being lean, but I like him better before he was a little bulkier. So I tried to find out some of the things he might be doing.

There was not much about it in interviews, so that I couldn’t figure it out, but I saw a post of Song Kang doing ballet in this post that he shared. Then later, I also found a fan video of Song Kang where he is working out in the gym. So that’s what we can focus on as well; even though there is no information about Song Kang’s workout, I can still give you a routine that might help you get a body like him.

We will train our body five days a week, and the training will go on for about two to three hours maximum in two different parts. It will contain a little bit of dancing and doing some cardio and weight training to keep the body muscular and shape. So let’s get into the Song Kang workout routine.

Morning Routine

In the morning routine, we will follow a dance workout to do any form of dance. Most Korean actresses and actors use dancing as a primary workout which helps them stay lean.

As we already know, it’s the main workout of every K-pop idol for fitness. So it surely will help you burn many calories in an hour, and you will be getting a toned body with a flexible body shape.


Evening Routine

In the evening workout, we will be doing a cardio warm-up for a start. You will do 10 to 20 minutes of running at a moderate pace on the treadmill. You can also try other cardio exercises if you want, like air biking, the water rower, etc.
