Sooyoung is an actress and an idol, and as we know in the Korean industry, both of these roles are very important. They all need to stay fit and keep a very lean and slender body shape that fans can always look up to when they want to be like someone. That’s why Sooyoung is so fit and stayed that way since she has joined the industry. So how does she maintain her body?
Well, as we know that Sooyoung was a full-time idol before becoming a full-time actress. As an idol, they stay fit by doing certain things like dancing, stretching, and other exercises. Dancing is the best way for her as it also covers their practice and burns many calories. On average, K-pop idols dance for around two to three hours in their dance practice, then they also perform, go on shoots, etc.
So all of that does take a troll on their body, making them lose fat and stay lean. Then, the fitness instructor makes them do stretches and other exercises that the whole group does together. However, now, Sooyoung is not doing that much dancing as she is more into the acting industry and focuses on other workouts, which are still unknown.

The exercises that we will do will have cardio and pilates, and we will work out for around five days a week and have an active rest day. For the cardio workout, we will be doing a dance routine for an hour. This workout will help you lose many calories and burn a lot of fat from your body. It will also work as the best cardio workout while teaching you something, plus it is an exciting workout that will help you stay motivated. Also, do this routine in the morning as in the evening we will do the other workout.
Pilates
Pilates is one of the workouts that many stars like Jennie, Park Shin-hye, RosĂ©, and other Korean idols and actresses do. I also consider this workout to be part of every girl’s routine to get a lean body with flexibility and toned muscles. It’s also suitable for shaping your butt and working your core to give you that slim waistline.

Sooyoung Diet Plan
I saw this diet that said to be less than 800 calories that their group used to take. However, then there was one of the member’s sisters saying it’s not true. That’s why we don’t know the proper diet of Sooyoung, but I still can give you a diet that I have written for many K-pop idols and stars.
