Now, after looking for quite a while, even on her channel, there was not so much that I could gather about her routine. I did her morning routine video, but there was no talk about working out at all. Even Sophia’s Instagram account doesn’t give away anything when it comes to her workout routine.

So I’m guessing she is not working out, and just maintaining her body by a diet and staying active all day. A lot of celebrities does that, where they will only focus on their daily activities and burn calories through them. Still, there is no proof, so how can you have a body like Sophia Grace? Well, it’s not hard to figure out, I mean, if you want to get as thick and curvy as her, you might have to go and do a lot of gym and cardio.

Although if you have a thick body already then, it will be a lot easier for you to get in shape like Sophia Grace. Keeping all those things in mind, here what you are going to do in this workout. We are going to perform exercises like yoga, core training, and lower body training.

Training days: Monday and Wednesday

We are going to perform an hour of yoga at least two days a week; yoga will help you maintain significant physical health. It will also provide you with high calories burning workout and make your body get toned and flexible. You can easily do a yoga workout at your home, gym, or yoga class; it’s up to you.

 

Sophia Grace Core Workout

Training days: Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday

In the core workout, we are not going to use any kind of weight. All you will need is your body and a mat. You will be doing a circuit work out here consisting of 7 to 8 exercises, and each task you will perform for about 30 seconds and then take 30 seconds rest.
