Sowon Diet Plan and Workout Routine: Sowon is a singer, dancer, and member of former K-pop group GFRIEND. Sadly they disbanded a few months ago, so for now, Sowon is not doing any more shooting for albums.

Sowon Workout Routine
Sowon is a former K-pop singer and member of the GFRIEND group. We all know how important it is for all K-pop idols to keep their body fit and look slim and in shape. So that’s why even Sowon always took care of her fitness and kept herself engaged in specific workouts to have a lean and slim body shape. Even now, when Sowon is not part of any group right now, and on a break, she keeps herself fit. Do you want to know how?
I found her workout routine on her Social media that Sowon is currently following and maintaining her body. However, do not forget that dancing was the main reason that Sowon was able to keep herself fit in all these years. All K-pop artists and idols have to dance while singing, so they practice dancing for two to three hours every day for about four to five days a week.
All of that dancing did help Sowon getting lean and always maintaining that incredible shape while working as a K-pop idol. Sadly I don’t think Sowon is continuing with dance practice now, but she is doing other workouts that idols, singers, and actresses use the most. As you can see, a few weeks ago, Sowon shared this post on her Instagram where she is doing Pilates.
Even yesterday, Sowon also shared another post doing Pilates. So one thing is for sure that Sowon stays fit by doing Pilates workouts. We have seen stars like Jennie, Rosé, and many other K-pop singers and actresses doing Pilates as their regular workout. It helps you get essential body strength, keeps your body flexible, tones the muscles, and focuses on getting you a slim waistline with a well-built butt.
So now, as we have learned the activities that Sowon engaged in, let’s turn it into a routine that even you can follow. We will be doing five days of workouts divided into two parts; morning and evening workouts. That way, we can give our bodies time to recover before moving on to the following workout routine. The total duration of the workout won’t be more than three hours a day.
Sowon workout includes:
In the morning, we will start with our cardio routine. For cardio, as we know, Sowon used to do dance practice, so you can do the same and add an hour to two hours of dance workout in the morning. This activity will help you get a good calorie burn workout while keeping your body slim, toned, and flexible.
For the evening workout, we will do an hour of Pilates workouts. Unfortunately, I can’t tell you much about Pilates training, as I’m not knowledgeable enough about Pilates workouts. So I suggest you join a Pilates gym to access the Pilates machine you see Sowon using in the post.

Sowon Diet Plan
Sowon said once in an interview that Koreaboo has also talked about in their article that she had to go through harsh dieting to lose weight. Sowon talked about eating tomatoes and cucumbers for three days before her comeback and crying.
That’s why I always tell you all not to follow those diets, they are all forced to do that because of their contract, but you are not! So please don’t risk your health; even Sowon doesn’t eat like that regularly; she enjoys smoothies, coffees, ramen, etc.
She looks so lean and good at her workout, and that Sowon mostly eats in moderation and controls the junk foods with healthy foods. Sadly there is no complete diet given by Sowon, so you can follow this diet that I created for you guys.
