Steven Yeun Workout Routine
Steven is an actor that got worldwide fame after his show The Walking Dead, and then after that, it was just a road ahead. While he gained so many fans, questions and curiosity from his fans also increased. One of the most frequent questions asked about Steven is, “How does Steven keep himself in a lean and muscular shape, and what kind of exercises does he like to do?”
Well, I read in particular articles that Steven himself doesn’t need to do a lot of diets as he is born naturally skinny. Even when the shooting of The Walking Dead was about to start, and the director asked actors to look skinny, Steven was the only one who was naturally skinny. That’s why to keep himself buffed and a little more aesthetic, Steven has to work out regularly. His workout often contains boxing and weight training.
Steven, in one interview, even stated that boxing is his go-to workout, and he enjoys that a lot. However, Steven also does some weight training routines, but sadly there is not much detail about his weight training routine.
