Now, coming to a workout routine, I have searched a lot about Summer Walker. However, it seems that there is no workout routine to follow at all. Even fan videos are not available. However, I have heard that Summer Walker stays lean by dancing as her routine. Other than that, there is not much information that I can give you all about Summer.
I’m guessing she must be doing workouts like yoga, circuit routine, pilates, gym training, etc. That’s why I will use some of these exercises and provide you with a way to follow to get a similar shape as the Summer Walker. Yoga and Pilates
Make sure to do stretching workouts like yoga and pilates at least two times a day. It will help you keep your body in a flexible and lean shape. At the same time, work on your slim core. So keep doing an hour of yoga or pilates, and you can even switch the workouts and try them alternatively.
Three days focus more on your lower body and some upper body training. That’s why weight training is the best option for you to tone your muscles and give you a good shape.
