People are often quite concerned about losing weight, but Sunmi has always got the comments from her fans that she should gain weight and that she is too thin. In 2019, when Sunmi was all set for the world tour, she thought that she has to gain some weight, and she did that.

When she was 49KG, she stunned people with the way Sunmi started looking, the glow and charm on her face, and the clothes that were fitting on her perfectly and, of course, the sexier she looked with this fantastic transition.

Sunmi had relied more on cardio and weight training exercises, and in that fashion, by changing her workout routine, she managed to gain much-needed weight. Sunmi also loves Yoga exercises as she thinks that such practices can relax the mind and help you achieve the best feel.

Sunmi’s dance workouts are amazing, and she often loves to dance along with a crowd. She feels that in that fashion, the energy levels would be high, and fun would be double.

Now, let’s see a workout that you can follow to look like Sunmi; in this workout, we will do things like yoga, cardio, and some weight training with bodyweight exercises. The drill will go for about five days a week and two days rest.

Yoga will be one of the things that we are going to swoop in between our everyday workout; I won’t tell you exactly what day you want to do it, just make sure you do yoga at least two to three days for about an hour.

Before your other workout as well, you can do a few stretches of yoga to get a proper warm-up for your body. Doing yoga will help us keep our organization flexible and make sure that we stay lean and don’t get stiff.



Sunmi does dancing and other cardio workouts to stay fit, that’s why we are going to implement 30 minutes of daily cardio routine in our weekly workout routine. You can do any cardio exercise that you want; I would recommend you doing a 15-minute running and 15-minute water rower for the best result.

Sunmi had always been very skinny, and hence she kept on getting the suggestions from the netizens that she should gain weight and for that. In the year 2018, there was a YouTube video in which Sunmi said that she actually ate a lot, but then due to some reasons, she was not able to gain weight.

But, in the year 2019, when she was all set to go for the world tour, she was completely loaded with a determination that Sunmi wants to gain weight, and Sunmi did the same success with the potent changes that she made in her diet.

Sunmi had reasonable amounts of healthy foods like more protein, good carbs, and lots of water. She eats three times a day, and usually, she also snacks a few things in between so that she can maintain the weight well.

The fans were pleased to see her in her new avatar, and she proved that even though she had a body type that doesn’t probably gain too much weight, Sunmi somehow managed to gain weight up to 8 to 10kgs so that she can get the image of being a glam girl.
