Tengen Uzui Workout Routine: Train like the Sound Hashira of Demon Slayer: Tengen Uzui is an anime/manga character known for being one of the 12 Hashira in the series “Demon Slayer.”

Uzui also gets known for his three wives and being super powerful and yet a little arrogant type of character. However, his physical appearance stands out more than anyone else, so if you also want the Tengen Uzui workout routine, then keep reading.

Tengen Uzui Workout Routine

Tengen Uzui is a character known for two things; the first is his luck in having three beautiful wives, and then the second is undoubtedly the second physically strong Hashira. Of course, there was never an official ranking, but many believe after Gyomei, Uzui would be the slayer that is strong in physical strength. So undoubtedly, he’s super known for those things.

Now, you won’t see Uzui fighting till the end of the series, which for now is quite far. However, you can still see Uzui in the manga that shows his incredible sword skills, strong physical ability, and endurance while fighting against many demons. So now for his workout routine? Well, unlike Tanjiro, with Uzui, there is no workout shown in the series that I can recommend to you.

However, his physical appearance is somehow like an aesthetic bodybuilder while the body moves like a gymnast. That’s why I think I can give you a workout that will give you a good body shape like Uzui. We will be working out for five-six days a week doing different things like weight training, core workouts, cardio workouts, and strength training.

It will get divided into two routines, and we will be working out and training our body for 2-4 hours a day. So I will keep it quite similar to other physically strong people in that series.

Tengen Uzui Morning Routine

In the morning routine, we will do my version of the C&C workout. One of my favorite workout routines includes training cardio and core in the morning. These workouts are great for getting endurance, core strength, and stamina while you burn many calories.

 

Cardio

In cardio, we will be doing HIIT training for about 45 minutes, in which we will do running, hydro-row, and jump rope for 15 minutes each with one minute of moderate speed and 30 seconds of the sprint.

 

Tengen Uzui Core Workout

This workout will be a circuit routine focusing on your core muscles. We will be doing a quick 15-minute routine to get the best workout.

Circuits: 3

Exercises in each circuit: 8

Reps: 40 seconds

Rest time after the whole circuit: two minutes

  • Crunches
  • Resistance hanging leg raises
  • Side to side hanging resistance leg raises
  • Russian twist
  • Plank ball in and out
  • Plank twister
  • Plank hold
  • Side plank to a crunch

 

Tengen Uzui Evening Routine

In the evening routine, we will do four days of weight training, and after you do, we will be doing a cardio finisher, for which I think you should do a boxing routine. You can do 15-30 minutes of boxing as a cardio finisher and burn many calories.

Tengen Uzui Strength Training

We will also do an hour of strength training two days a week when we are not doing weight training. You can add whatever exercises you like; I would recommend doing exercises like deadlifts, Romanian/sumo deadlifts, snatch, clean and jerk, tire carry, sled drag/pull, tire flip, battle rope, rope climbing, squats, etc.
