Turner Tenny has gotten an incredible transformation from January 2020 to March 2020. He got ripped and ready to show off his sexy well-built body. I’m pretty sure if you play the game, especially Fortnite, you would know who Turner Tenney is, and you would also hear all the comments made for him.

Many YouTubers and fitness influencers were accusing Turner of using steroids, and his body gains not being natural. That’s all not true; I would say it was more of a wake-up call for Turner. Turner trained for three months with his Faze Clan; if you don’t know what that is, then let me you. The Faze Clan is something like a Hyper House; it’s an organization of gamers in Los Angeles.

However, Turner is not a Faze member anymore, something happened, and he left. So back to the question about his routine. One of the Faze members talked about his workout and said that Turner follows a daily workout routine with a proper diet, and that’s how he was able to get those gains.¬†

Most of the training was weight training only, and it was not even that intense. He started as a beginner by doing full-body workouts and then started doing single body workouts after a week.

 

Gym Training

I don’t have to explain the workout, as you can do an essential six days of single body workouts and get body gains with that. I would suggest increasing sets to 4 and decreasing the reps count to 6 to 8 repetitions. Also, make sure to lift almost your maximum weight every round, which will help you get the best gains.
