However, during the pandemic, she gained weight but fastly recovered from it by losing over 50 pounds of weight in a brief period. I think during her 30 days transformation channel with @30DaysTransformationTeam alone; Tiffany lost 30-40 pounds.

That is crazy as that’s a lot of weight loss in 30 days, well so since then, people have been looking for how Tiffany did it and what was her routine? I can’t tell you that since I’m not part of the team or have a subscription, but we can still break it down. The team of 30 days transformations has different plans that include workouts according to a person’s body shape.

It includes cardio, plyometrics, weight training, circuit routine, and many other routines mixed. So we can also figure something out if I was making a personal plan for an average person who wants to lose weight and get muscles. I would be giving a plan full of circuit weight training, adding some high-intensity cardio, and maybe a few days of stretching workouts.

So let me give you my version of Tiffany Haddish workout that you can do and get a body like Tiffany. If you follow this workout correctly, there won’t be anything stopping you from getting that body like Tiffany. We will work out super intense five days a week, and for the two rest days, we will do some activities to get your body moving.

Stretches and Warm-up

We will be starting the routine with stretching workouts and warm-ups. I would recommend doing 15-25 minutes of yoga stretches in this workout. You can quickly get the full-body yoga workout anywhere, or you can check this video by MadFit. She’s one of the influential fitness influencers on YouTube. That video shows you 20 minutes of stretching exercises for full-body.


Circuit Weight Training

In this routine, I will be giving you five days of workouts that we will do for our full-body workout. The workout will get focused on the lower body and core as that’s what Tiffany likes to get, and I’m sure that’s what most of you also want to have after working out. However, we won’t ignore our upper body and need to work that out as well.

Cardio Finisher

Once you finish all of that workouts, we will finish the routine with 15-30 minutes of HIIT Cardio routine. People usually like to work out their cardio before the weight training workout. However, I prefer doing it after weight training since it helps you boost metabolism and helps you lose weight. We will be doing 15-30 minutes of high-intense Hydro-row or Treadmill workout. I prefer 1 minute at a moderate pace and then 30 seconds of sprint for 15-30 minutes.
