Start by taking yoga classes about three times a week and increase it slowly to six times a week and two hours a day.

    Hi David, Thank you for the compliment about the article. I added black coffee because drinking a cup of strong black coffee would help you boost your metabolism and help you control the hunger. Many celebrities take coffee shots, drink bulletproof coffee, etc., to get these benefits. However, if you are not a coffee person, then there is no need to force yourself to drink that; I also recommend drinking a glass of celery juice as soon as you wake up on an empty stomach.

    Would you recommend coffee before or after a morning run? I’m not sure whether it’s better to eat (half a banana and nut butter) before or after a run or both.

    David, I would recommend you having coffee 30 minutes before running as it will help you feel awake and energetic. It will also enhance your performance and stamina, and the banana you should eat after the run as your body would be craving some carbs.
