Toshiro Hitsugaya is an incredible character; even though he is a supporting character, his fan following is excellent for supporting characters. While many love the way he has been portrayed as a character, others also love the way Toshiro Hitsugaya’s body physique has been shown. Now it won’t be wrong to say that he indeed has an excellent body physique in the anime, and you will surely see him being one of the best-looking characters.

So now the question is, how do you get yourself in a similar shape and fitness? Like any other bleach character that I have shown and worked on, they all have pretty basic methods. But, all of them have speed, strength, agility, and toned muscles. So, it won’t be much different from what we have seen so far, but what you need to take care of before getting into the workout are your diet and rest.

While training is an essential part of your routine, diet and rest matter. Especially diet, eating healthy food will promote the growth of your muscles and help you gain stamina, agility, and even recovery of your muscle tissues depending on your diet. So make sure you get 3-5 proper meals every day, with enough protein, carbs, and other nutrients. You can get your body examined by nutritionists and know what amount of protein, carbs, and other nutrients you need.

Now, let’s get into the workout. First, we will be focusing on cardio routine to get that speed, agility, and stamina. After that, the weight training will help us gain muscles and get them toned like Toshiro Hitsugaya. We will be working out twice a day, and each session will be an hour long. It is to ensure our body doesn’t get tired and overworked. So let’s get it started:

Toshiro Hitsugaya workout includes:

Boxing

As I have explained many times, which other workout to follow to get stamina, agility, reflexes, and speed than the boxing routine? Not only do you get all these things through boxing, but you also burn many calories and get the best cardio workout routine. So I always prefer a HIIT boxing workout to get your blood pumping faster and burn more calories. So do 30-45 minutes of HIIT box routine and finish it with 4-5 core exercises like crunches, leg raises, plank, side plank, etc.
