Chaeyoung is undoubtedly one of the best-looking members of the group. She has a very lean and model-like figure that keeps her at the top of the game. That’s also important as we know how much Kpop fans and the industry likes their artist to be super lean and slim looking. So what does Chaeyoung want to do to keep herself fit?
I researched the routine of Chaeyoung; unlike the other members like Momo and Jihyo, the Chaeyoung practice is not that openly out. However, I could still find out an interview where they talked about the workouts and training. I have discussed this article by Koreaboo even before in Twice workouts.
The article tells us the main things about what every member does to stay fit and healthy. When Chaeyoung spoke about her workout, she said she isn’t that vast fitness freak like Momo. However, she did join the gym and went every day and trained for one hour. Now do remember, this is after her regular idol practice and routine.
No wonder she is so fit; now I can say that her workout is three hours long. As the dance workout is also there, we all know that it’s the most crucial part of every Kpop idol’s life. Especially when you get famous and you are recognized worldwide, you need to keep the performance up. So while the dance workout helps Chaeyoung stay lean and slim while burning lots of calories.
The gym workout must help her keep her body toned and in shape. There was no mention of the exercises she did, but I think I know what to provide for the Chaeyoung workout routine. We will work out and train for six days, and every day, we will work out in two parts. So let’s get started:
In the morning routine, you can start with an hour to two hours of dance class. Please join a good dance class so you can grow and learn new moves and perfect them. Other than that, you can also do workouts kike running, biking, etc., if you don’t like dancing, but I would recommend sticking with dance.
In the evening routine, you will be doing gym training, in which we won’t focus a lot on your weight lifting. It’s better to focus on a full-body circuit routine that will help you stay lean while building muscle.
Focus on mixing exercises like squats, kettlebell workouts, dumbbell workouts, resistance bands, and ankle weights workouts. Do four exercises in three circuits, and on each course, train different areas like upper, lower, and core.

Chaeyoung’s diet is still unknown; I tried to find it but could not get much information. I think she keeps it moderate and eats mostly veggies and fruits to keep herself fit. While I still don’t know her diet, I can give you a diet to follow to get results like Chaeyoung. We will do intermittent fasting, so I would recommend skipping dinner.
