I found an interview where the whole Twice team talked about their routines. The article by Koreaboo shared that video shots and explained what Twice members stated. While all of them were sharing the workouts, they like to do, when it comes to Jeongyeon turn, she said that she doesn’t want to exercise.

However, what she meant was that she doesn’t like to do exercises like a gym workout, free body exercises, etc. Practices with specific movements are out of the question for Jeongyeon. Instead of that, she said that I should focus more on dance and get a workout out of there.

We all know on an average basis a Kpop idol practices dancing for two hours a day almost every day of the week, especially if they are in the training period. So yeah, that much movement does help you stay fit and in shape. It also works as the best cardio workout while toning many muscles and keeping you slim and in the body.

Morning Routine

In the morning, you can start doing an hour of dancing to help your body get the same benefits as Jeongyeon. You will also be able to learn a lot of dance moves and get fit. Make sure to join a morning dance class and workout for six days a week.


Evening Routine

You can do two workouts that I love in the evening, and many Kpop idols practice these two workouts. The first one is Yoga, great for your full-body activity and flexibility. It also gives you mental peace and offers excellent relaxing training by making your body feel stiff.

The second workout is your Pilates; Pilates gives you more control and physical activity. While it’s great for flexibility, but the training aims at your core and lower body more. You can also do these workouts on alternative days for better results.
