Twice Mina Workout Routine

Mina is undoubtedly one of the band’s beautiful members; however, her health was not right until the previous year. I’m sure the fans already know how much she was sick because of anxiety and depression. All of that also kept her super lean, which was not good for her health.

Mina usually stays fit by doing different stuff, which includes dancing and free body workouts. Now I tried to find out some of her workout routines, but there was not much information available. It seems that Mina is the least socializing person when it comes to sharing about workouts.

However, we do know that every Kpop person does dance practice almost every day. So yeah, maybe Mina only does dancing workouts to stay fit and healthy. However, don’t worry; I can still provide you with a workout routine that will help you look like Mina.

We will focus on doing cardio, yoga, and Pilates for most of the week. Many Kpop singers and even Hollywood actresses prefer these workouts. The training will go on for about six days a week, and every day you will need to train for at least 2 hours at least.

Morning Routine

In the morning routine, we will focus on our cardio exercises. Now we know that Mina does lots of dance practice, so that’s her cardio routine every day. If you want, you can do the same workout as hers and join a dance class six days a week. However, if you are not a dance workout kind of person, then you can also follow a cardio routine which includes these workout:

  • 40 minutes running on the treadmill
  • 20 minutes of hydro-rowing machine
  • 15 to 30 minutes of biking

 

Evening Routine

The evening routine will contain two workouts alternating days as I mentioned that we would do yoga and Pilates. Stars like Miley Cyrus, Lisa, Jennie, Rose, etc., often do these two workouts. So it will surely benefit you as well and doesn’t even have any harmful effects on your body.

Yoga will be one of the workouts that you can do an hour to get excellent physical fitness and mental peace and fitness. Yoga does help you burn a lot of calories while keeping your body toned and slim.

On the other hand, Pilates will work more on your toning part and provide you strength and control over your body. It does have many similar benefits to yoga, but Pilates is more of a workout than stretching. I would recommend joining a Pilates gym as yoga you can do anywhere, but you would also need a Pilates machine when it comes to Pilates.
