We will start our workout with a HIIT cardio routine; it will consist of doing 15-20 minutes of hydro-row as that’s what I recommend, but you can do any cardio exercise. Focus on doing sets of one-minute rowing at a moderate pace and then switch to 30 seconds sprints. Repeat it for 20 minutes as many times as you can, and then we will head to our weight training and core workout.
