Tyler Hoechlin Superman Workout Routine

Tyler is undoubtedly in one of the best shapes. Also, we have seen him in a great form since the role of Joe Weider. So Tyler’s workouts vary on which part he’s usually trying to do; for Joe Weider, he strictly did activities like lifting weights and heavy exercises.

So what is the Tyler routine for the Superman role? Well, I would say he’s in a similar shape as in Joe. I don’t see that much difference in his muscle structure. For the Superman role, Tyler currently not as par as the Henry Physique, where you can see him being supermassive.

However, he still has an overall excellent body shape, for which Tyler works out in the gym five days to six days. In an interview with Muscle and Fitness, Tyler said that he focuses on weight lifting for the bulk of Joe Weider. Since that’s the closest shape to his current form, I would say that doing double body parts in one day will be best, and with that involving exercises that will build overall strength and mobility.

As we gain muscle here, we won’t be doing much cardio; our cardio will be a lifting workout. So now, let’s turn all of this into a routine that you can follow to get a similar body shape as Tyler. We will train for 2 hours a day and five days a week to get most of it. However, I don’t want you all to lose the flexibility and mobility of muscle, which is why one day, we will focus only on Yoga.

We will do around 10 to 12 exercises a day to be quite heavy training. Four days a week, we will follow a standard bodybuilding routine, and one day, we will focus on full-body strength training. Also, as we are training to gain muscle, we will focus on lifting maximum on each set while keeping the repetition count to 6 to 8.

It will help us keep our body balanced while working out, and lastly, make sure you do your warm-up before the workout. So doing a 10 to 15 minutes walk on a treadmill or using StairMaster will be enough.

Tyler told in the Muscle and Fitness interview that all of her changes are because of his diet. That’s what matters, eating more protein, more carbs, and more nutrients. Even Henry Cavill eats protein equal to his weight to stay in that bulk.
