Ursula Corbero has an athletic background, and she used to play daily sports. This reason is why she always had a healthy body when she started her acting career most of the time. She was on photoshoots and working. So to keep her body fit, Ursula Corbero adapted with 20 minutes to 30 minutes full-body workout routine.

Warm-up

Ursula Corbero never misses before the workout is her warm-up exercises. In the warm-up, she does some light exercises like; Squats, punches, arm circle, shoulder stretch, plank to down dog, etc. So just a 5 minutes to 8 minutes warm-up of light exercises will be enough to get you on track.

Ursula Corbero follows a high-intensity workout routine for about 20 minutes to 30 minutes almost every day. In that, she does a lot of exercises that focus on butt and legs only. So Ursula Corbero Workout routine will look something like this;

Morning

  • 7 am, Ursula Corbero will get up, take a bath, eat something light, and get to the studio to shoot for the money heist.

 

Afternoon

  • After finishing her shoot, her husband picks her up, and they eat lunch in some restaurant.
  • At 4 pm, she does her home workout routine.

 

Evening

  • Visit some friends and sometimes go shopping.

 

Night

  • Have dinner with her husband.
  • Read or watch.
  • Sleep
