However, I did find an old video during the lockdown where Valentina Zenere showed a home workout with her trainer. However, that’s the best lead I got so that you can follow the video for home workouts for a start.

That video will help you get overall fitness without any equipment. Besides that, you want more of a toning routine and gym-based workout. I can give you a routine focusing on how Valentina Zenere was training adding some resistance, TRX, and weights to your workout. You will have to work out five days a week, and every day, we will train for about an hour and a half. The workout will also include some cardio exercise for a warm-up and burning calories. Cardio

We will start with a cardio routine, in which I suggest doing at least 30 minutes of cardio. Thirty minutes of cardio will be more than enough to get you in shape and get your body warmed up for the toning workout. Of course, you can do anything you want in the cardio routine. Still, I recommend a treadmill workout for 15 minutes at a moderate pace and then biking or rowing at high intensity. Also, to finish off the workout, you will do stretching for a few minutes to avoid any possible injuries.
