Reps: 30 seconds

  • Roundhouse leg (Right and left both legs)

  • Back air kicks (alternate the legs while holding the punching bag)
  • Sidekick (Right and left both legs)
  • High knees

 

Full-body

Reps: 60 seconds

Rest: 10 seconds

  • Cross punch with alternative leg roundhouse kick (Right hand with right leg and right hand with left leg) 
  • Arm side punch to front kick (Right hand with right leg and right hand with left leg) 
  • Sidekick (Right and left both legs)

 

Recovery Workout

On Tuesday, Viola Davis would do a recovery workout with a foam roller and get a massage and rest. Recovery is as essential as working out four days a week. So I indeed consider this day as a workout as you will be opening up the muscle and working them to get used to relaxing so the next day they can work as new.

 

Circuit and Weight Training
