Dance

When she was losing weight and getting back in shape, Wendy was dancing for 2 hours every day, especially during 2016. All of that dancing for 2 hours straight gets her heart rate up and burns quite many calories, which helped Wendy stay lean and slim. So if you also want to get a body like Wendy, you would also need to do 2 hours of dancing for at least five days a week.

There are other ways to burn the same amount of calories with cardio exercises like running, biking, etc. However, I would recommend you to do this dance workout only because we will be doing a cardio workout after this.

 

Jump Rope

In different interviews, Wendy has declared that she was so desperately trying to get lean that; she set an aim for 10k jump ropes every day. So Wendy used to do 10k Jump ropes every day; I don’t precisely know how many calories that is, but I’m sure it will burn more than 400 calories. While doing that, Wendy didn’t toon any break at all; she was continuously doing jump rope till she reached her target.

OMG, the diet that Wendy used to take during the workout just for the sake of her debut was crazy. For breakfast, she used to drink only one glass of Apple and cabbage juice. Lunch consists of drinking a glass of pumpkin juice, and that was it! Crazy right?
