Wendy follows a relatively simple workout that is super effective if you do it daily regularly. The reason I said Wendy resembles K-pop so much as her routine of staying fit and working videos is kind of similar. Dancing is quite a practical workout routine that all kpop idols have to follow, and we all know how lean they all look.
