What were Will Smith’s routines to lose 20 pounds in 20 weeks?

Well, Will Smith was working out a lot and finding how he lost so much weight and kept it healthy by doing different routines. I watched the whole series and learned everything he did; Will Smith started the first week with moderate exercises with his train. The exercise for the first week included doing workouts based on resistance training, activity, etc.
