You can check many of his Vlogs and other content on his YouTube channel, where he tries to influence people. William Franklyn-Miller is also quite good-looking, but he is also trying to be super healthy. If you follow him and want to know what William Franklyn-Miller does to stay fit, keep reading.

When I started searching about William Franklyn-Miller’s routine, I was not sure I would find anything. There were just a lot of reasons, but I was able to find some. He does work out and tries to get even fitter and healthier so, in the future, he can do more roles and get better. William Franklyn-Miller posted a video where you can see him talking all about what working out means to him and his nutrition.

In that video, William Franklyn-Miller and his trainer talked about weight training. Also, he loves swimming, as there were many swimming shots in that video. Besides that, I have seen some of his vlogs where William Franklyn-Miller talks about weight training again. There is also some cardio involved, but he doesn’t do a lot of cardio as he is naturally lean. So we will be doing a four-day weight training routine and trying to get enough cardio in while we workout. So let’s get started;

Cardio

We will start with some 20 minutes of running and 10 minutes of jump rope. It is all that we will be doing in our cardio workout routine. Besides that, you can also add a few minutes of stretching exercises before moving on to the weight training to avoid any possible injuries. It will also get your blood flowing throughout the body and eliminate any stiffness.

 

Weight Training

William Franklyn-Miller makes a good weight training pattern in the weight training routine. He started with being very lightweight during the first few weeks of the gym, and now he is super healthy and can lift a moderate amount of weight. So just like that, you should also focus on form and exercises, not on how much weight you can lift.

However, I’m not sure if he trains one body or two body parts every day. So we will be training four times a week and mixing up two or more muscle groups a day. The workout might be hard for beginners, so you can switch to single body part workouts if you want.
