In an interview with GQ magazine, you will see Xolo Mariduena explaining things about his workout and what his typical workout day looks like during the Cobra Kai training. Xolo told GQ magazine that it starts with light cardio, and then some light stretching. Stretching is undoubtedly a massive part of his workout as he needs to be flexible to do kicks and high kicks. After that, he does some HIIT training to do back-to-back circuits with different variations.

Xolo Mariduena and his trainer also shared one of the variations you can follow for a full-body workout in a Men’s Health interview. We will start the workout with workouts like light cardio and stretching and then weight training, and two days a week, we will focus on doing HIIT full-body workouts. Cardio & Stretching

So when we talk about light cardio, it usually means doing a few minutes of jogging, running, jumping rope, etc. Anything that doesn’t wear you off and warm up your body nicely. So I would suggest doing 10-15 minutes of running at 6-8kmph speed. If it’s harder for you, you can switch to brisk walking at 4kmph. After that, do a full-body stretch for about 10 minutes, and that’s all you need to do.

For the weight training, we will do four days of mixed workout routine focusing on our upper and lower bodies. It will have standard exercises, nothing fancy, but it will surely help you get that great body structure.
