There YooA shares her secret of getting naturally healthy and fit. YooA stated that she keeps herself in that shape and maintains her weight with one workout.

The workout that she does is dancing; yep, you can see many videos on YooA Instagram account. Like this one, and that’s how YooA keeps herself so fit and maintains her weight. Other than that, there is not another workout that YooA does, and if she does, it’s not public yet.

Evening Routine

You can do Pilates classes; it’s one of the workouts that almost every girl K-pop idol does. Even the actress likes to do an hour of Pilates class and workout regularly to get a toned body with abs and lose weight. Especially from the core and lower body, Pilates also Increases your body flexibility and helps you gain more control over the body.
