Yook Sung-Jae is undoubtedly a name to watch out for, as he keeps getting bigger and bigger. Besides acting, he has also been a part of a K-pop group BtoB active since 2016. So yeah, Yook Sung-Jae looks good, sings well, dances excellent, and is popular. Awesome right?

There are quite a few pics like that on the internet; as you can see, he got great biceps and a ripped body shape. So we can indeed say that Yook Sung-Jae does go to the gym. However, it also depends on how his roles want him to look. For example, currently, Yook Sung-Jae is not that bulky. So yeah, in the end, it will matter on the role requirements on how intense Yook Sung-Jae workout.

So now, to get a body shape like Yook Sungjae, you would need to work out at least five days a week. We will be doing an hour of weight training and 20-30 minutes of cardio to keep ourselves fit and healthy. We will start the routine with 15-30 minutes of cardio workout. After that, you can do any cardio exercise you would like; I prefer interval training for 15 minutes on the treadmill and finishing off with 10 minutes of the hydro-rowing machine. For the interval training, you can follow a one-minute moderate pace to 30 seconds sprinting back and forth for 15 minutes.

 

Weight Training

The weight training will be a fundamental and straightforward routine; I like to work with weights more than the machines, but if you like machines more, you can switch alternatives.
