Zendaya Workout Routine: Zendaya is an actress and singer known for her roles in movies and TV shows like Shake it up, Euphoria, Spider-man, Dune, The Greatest Showman, K.C. Undercover, Malcolm & Marie, and many others. Zendaya is undoubtedly one of the biggest stars at this moment.

Now Zendaya is known for her acting and is one of the teenagers that made themselves a massive star. She is also well followed and admired worldwide for her incredible body physique. Zendaya Workout Routine

Zendaya is undoubtedly one of the people you can never ignore. She is almost everywhere and working so hard that it’s crazy. Zendaya just released some of her movies, and the list of her upcoming movies for next year is already out. I mean, we all knew that Zendaya was working hard from her teenage years, but this is something else. So to keep up with all these workloads and keep herself in demand, Zendaya does have to work out and focus on her physical fitness.

Now to know what she does, I searched for Zendaya workout routines. I know that Zendaya used to work out back in her days which also included circuit training, some weights, and bodyweight exercises in the gym, as you can see in this post. Also, in 2016, Zendaya started trying and getting into boxing to stay fit. Then the Women’s Health magazine tells us that Zendaya used to do workouts in her home during quarantine as she was not working.

However, I don’t think she works out during her day since she is so busy. The reason is that in her interview with Harper’s Bazaar, where they did a day in Zendaya’s life, she never mentioned anything about going to the gym or working out. So for me, what I think is that Zendaya does work out according to her role if needed, like training for aerial dancing and different choreography for theaters or musical movies.

However, she doesn’t seem to be working out regularly, but for sure, at one time, Zendaya was working out regularly. So either you can be super active and keep moving for hours every day or follow this routine below that will surely help you get a body like Zendaya. We will start with some daily cardio workouts and then a good resistance workout routine that will give you a lean and toned body shape. So let’s get started:

Cardio + Circuit Routine

I would suggest doing a boxing routine for cardio for 40-60 minutes. It will help you get that lean body shape like Zendaya and that toned muscles and a thin waistline. Boxing is a full-body workout where you use your lower body to move continuously, your upper body to strike, and your core to balance every moment. However, after that, make sure to do this resistance and bodyweight full-body routine.

 

Circuit Routine

For the circuit routine, we will be training for four days and mixing resistance, TRX, and some bodyweight workout. The workout will focus primarily on your lower and core areas, and we will train each area two days a week. So let’s get it started:

Thursday

1st

  • Banded shoulder press

  • Banded triceps extension
