However, the star also gets known for her incredible fashion and beauty tips, and with her skincare routine, lots of people have started following Zoe. Zoe Sugg Workout Routine
Zoe Sugg is an incredible person that likes to travel a lot and stay active. However, she is not as unbelievable when it comes to working out. In a YouTube video last year, Zoe uploaded a blog where Zoe and her mum worked out. In that video, she did mention that she is not very fit, and while working out, she was struggling in some of the exercises.
Zoe was also having trouble doing proper squats, but yeah, Zoe did most of the exercises with ease and proper form. So I don’t think Zoe is the gym type of person; instead, I would say she looks like a person who wants to stay active naturally and get fit. Other than that, I didn’t find any videos on YouTube or her social media.
However, don’t worry, as I will give you a workout routine that will get you a body shape like Zoe Sugg. We will be doing a few of the things that Zoe mentioned and following a circuit routine. The workout will also consist of doing a few minutes of cardio workout in the morning, and the evening will carry on with our circuit regime.
Zoe Sugg workout includes:
Cardio
In the cardio routine, you can go outside and run for 2km to 3km to get the best workout. You can also change the exercises to any other cardio exercise like biking, elliptical machine, StairMaster, hydro-row, etc. Ensure that you train at least for 30 minutes, and finish your exercise with stretching when you get done.
Circuit Routine
We can always do a circuit routine to get the best benefits of cardio and toning exercises. It helps you build muscles while burning a whole lot of calories. Usually, I give different circuits routine for each day, but looking at Zoe’s shape and fitness level, I think you can follow the same routine for five days and then from next week switch some of the exercises according to your preference.

Rest time after the circuit: 60 to 90 seconds
