Hari Nef is a full-time model and actress. So she needs to be in relatively good shape for professional reasons. Also, the actress likes to keep a good balance in her body and makes conscious efforts to work out and follow a healthy diet.

 Hari doesn’t like the popular idea of wellness though. For her, wellness means listening to your body and now getting tangled in the idea of schedules and regimes. For Hari, wellness means keeping herself healthy around the unpredictable schedules she routinely faces. Boxing

Hari’s trainer is a boxer. And it’s unlikely that she is not involved in some form of combat sports. Boxing seems to be a part of her workout routine. Any combat sport is great for your workout routine if you are looking to get healthy along with learning a great skill. Boxing ensures you gain muscles, improves your cardiovascular strength, and is proven to help in releasing stress. So, boxing can prove to be a great way of being healthy in the long run.

 

Weight Training

Hari isn’t worried about gym sessions, and on the contrary, she enjoys it. Only when she is working, it becomes difficult for her to work out regularly. Weight Training thus forms a big part of Hari’s workout routine. She does lots of weight training and bodyweight training too, with squats and pushups. Weight Training is the most effective way to replace your fat layer with a layer of muscles. Weight Training gives you muscular tone, and increases metabolism, allowing you to manage weight in the long run. Further, weight training is good for bone strength, and helps women deal with loss of bone density. Weight Training also keeps you looking younger for longer, just like Hari Nef.

 

Cardio

For Cardio, the actress does a combination of Elliptical / Treadmill and certain mat exercises that work on breathing patterns. Elliptical trainers are a staple in most gyms across the world and treadmills are nothing new to the fitness game. A good morning run would suffice too. But cardio is important for the release of happy hormones and builds long-term cardiovascular strength. 

 

Training for Barbie

Training for Barbie was intense too. The whole crew was put into schedules of intense workouts which was a combination of Pilates and Strength Training. They were also put into circuit training and everyone was supposed to look their best on screens. Recently, a video of a friendly challenge among Barbie’s star cast went viral. For this video, everyone was required to hold a plank position for as long as possible. Margot Robbie won the challenge, but Hari Nef also did great. So, training for Barbie has been pretty intense, and this has only made Hari Nef – fitter and better.

 

Mental Health 

In an interview, Hari Nef shared that she is a big advocate for mental health. And we at Healthyogi have always believed in the incorporation of mental health within the scope of fitness. She is quite conscious of hydration and regularly drinks a lot of Water and juices. She loves juices with ginger. The star model starts her day with a protein-rich salad and keeps her breakfasts lavish and grand. She prefers nuts and seeds for protein, along with Tofu and hummus. She doesn’t go for a big meal for dinner and keeps it minimal for lunch. Basically, her breakfast is pretty much the fuel for her day, so it’s calorie-dense. She is a big admirer of organic foods and shared that she attempts to limit her relationship with food by getting into a vegan diet.
