Well, Cameron trains regularly, and when I say he trains, I mean he destroys his body in a good way. Cameron has a very intense and consistent workout routine, which is typical for him now since Cameron has gotten used to doing all those exercises. However, for a beginner, no, even for an intermittent or advanced person, might struggle with Cameron’s daily routine.

Running

Cameron starts his day with regular running; Cameron likes to run a lot. Every day he gets at least 10 miles done on his running workout, as you can see and read in his Instagram post right here. Besides that, Cameron also goes on 20 miles run one or two times every week, mostly when he’s not doing weight training that day.

Cameron does run a lot, but since you may not be in as good shape as Cameron, start with a 5-mile run and slowly increase the distance by a mile or two every month. Also, if running long distances may be a lot for you, you can even divide the run into two different times. For example, you can run 2-3 miles in the morning and 2-3 miles in the evening.

 

Weight Training

Cameron does an hour of weight training at least four days a week, as I saw in recent videos of Cameron that his workout is mostly a mixed workout. So Cameron will be training his upper-body and lower-body mostly. That’s why I think I will be giving you a workout that I think will work best for you.

Lastly, Cameron ends his workout by doing target practice for a while with his 80 pounds compound bow. It takes a lot of arms strength and shoulder strength to use a bow again and again. That’s also one of the reasons why Cameron’s shoulders and arms are so big and well-toned.
