Before pregnancy, Christina Applegate used to do two hours of dance class, go to her trainer workout for two hours in the gym, and try different kinds of exercises.
Now, as she has to take care of her children, she cannot do all of those things. So currently, Christina Applegate workout routine consists of doing cardio, spin class, weight training, and core workout. It takes about two hours to three hours a day to get her workout done, and she is still training at least five to six days a week to maintain her lean, slim body physique.
