Training days: Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday

In a full-body routine, we are going to perform 20 to 30 minutes of HIIT full-body workout. This workout will work as a cardio routine as well as a muscle-building routine. In this workout, you have to do the exercise for 30 seconds, and then you get 30 seconds rest, and after completing the whole set, you can have one minute of rest.
