Jacob Elordi has that excellent build of an athlete, and his workout certainly shows that I’m pretty sure that you may have already seen the videos of him in the gym doing his exercise. Jacob has been regular with his workout routine and diet plan over these years. His workout mostly contains cardio for warm-ups and an hour to two hours of weight training to get him jacked up.

Even though I do know what he does train in his routine, I couldn’t find the exact exercises he does, so we are just going to do a method that will contain a mixture of training. In our routine, we will be training five days a week for about two hours each day.

The cardio workout in our routine will work as a warm-up routine for our body to get the blood flow going through the body. It’s not really to burn a lot of calories, or you get slim and lose weight. Jacob has this aesthetic body look, for which we need to keep cardio down a little. So we will just do 15 to 20 minutes run on the treadmill at a moderate speed, not too fast and not too slow.

Now that we have gotten our blood flowing through the body, we will go to the core training. This workout will give us that, and like Jacob, we will do a circuit abs routine that will help you work your whole core. As it’s a circuit routine, you are only allowed to rest once you get done with the full set.
